Paloma Mail Terms of Service

1. The service

Paloma Mail lets you connect your own email accounts and read, sort, answer and organize your mail in one app. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your accounts

Connect only mailboxes you’re allowed to use. Keep your SunUp sign-in private; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Your mail stays yours — you give us only the permission needed to show, organize and send it for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Paloma Mail to send spam, to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts. You’re responsible for the messages you send. Your email providers’ own terms still apply to your mailboxes.

4. Fees

If a paid plan is offered, its price and billing terms are shown before you subscribe.

5. Suspension and ending

You can stop any time — disconnect your mailboxes, or delete your account in Settings → Your data. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

6. No warranty

Paloma Mail is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; your email provider remains where your mail is kept.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Gonzalez Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost data or profits, from your use of Paloma Mail; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
